Mr. Clark Dutterer is the Vice President of Business Development (BD) at the SURVICE Engineering Company. A 2005 graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in business administration and a concentration in marketing, Mr. Dutterer has been with SURVICE since 2005. He manages all BD-related activities for SURVICE’s regional operations nationwide, including coordinating the identification, pursuit, and capture of business opportunities to expand the breadth and depth of SURVICE’s Defense and commercial business base. Before joining SURVICE, Mr. Dutterer served for 4 years as an enlisted soldier with the U.S. Army Medical Command.  Mr. Dutterer has been active with WOTG for more than 8 years and is passionate about supporting veteran causes including Headstrong and Homes For Our Troops.
