Mr. Jeff Foulk is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the SURVICE Engineering Company, a firm that has helped support and protect the U.S. warfighter with unparalleled survivability services (hence the name “SURVICE”) for more than 30 years. Mr. Foulk is a 1982 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering, and he has been with SURVICE since 1983. As CEO, he is responsible for the vision, management, and strategic development of the company. He is also very involved with numerous community non-profits supporting youth education and veteran causes.  Mr. Foulk joined the WOTG Board in 2011 and has been Board Chairman from March 2014 to Present.
